Commitment to accessibility

Rumet Srl is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882) and the technical standard EN 301 549, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

Conformance status

This website is designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA. The site is continuously reviewed and measures are taken to identify and correct any issues.

Non-accessible content

Three of the PDF documents published on the “Authorizations & Certifications” page are acts issued by third parties (the Province of Brescia and the National Register of Waste Managers) in the form of scans, with no selectable text. Rumet Srl does not modify them, because altering an act issued by a public authority would compromise its correspondence to the original: instead, for each of them a page containing the full transcript of the text, accessible to assistive technologies, is published next to the PDF. The original PDF remains downloadable and unchanged, and is the authoritative document.
